In RAD, we have this sitelib.jar for our navigations. Can we use this sitelib.jar with MyEclipse Blue?

If the jar is just a user library jar which you have in RAD then you can add the jar to the project’s buildpath in MyEclipse blue.

Please elaborate how you are using it in RAD for us to understand it better.

We use them in the JSPs pages

You can use it the same way in MyEclipse as you have used it in RAD.
