A few questions:

0) please try connecting 1 more time before proceeding to next questions. I confirmed that app center is accepting connections from my location in Dallas, TX.

1) have you previously been able to connect to app center or is this your first attempt?

2) are you behind a proxy that prevents direct connections to the internet?

3) where are you connecting from; your location?
