    Dear All

We are looking to install Teamprise plugin for our MyEclipse 7.5 IDE. I referred few sites for installation but i was not able to get the proper way of getting the plugin installed. Can anyone guide us on this would be great.

    Prabhu,
The following are the steps to install Teamprise from the update site given in http://www.teamprise.com/products/plugin/download/
    1. Go to Help > Software Updates > Add/Remove Software and click Add and on the next page of the wizard, click “Add Site”
    2. Enter the update site(http://update.teamprise.com/plugin/3/ ) details and click “OK”
    3. Now select the newly added site and click “Next”
Now the wizard will guide you through the installation. When prompted to restart the IDE restart MyEclipse.

I have attached some screen shots for your reference. Let me know if that helps.

    Dear Shalini

Thanks a lot for your timely help. It worked :).

Now, i have configured TFS into MyEclipse via Teamprise and brought some relevant source codes inside a project.

I am doing a ‘checkout for edit’ to modify a file, while i do that its not allowing me to edit the contents of the source. Instead, in the bottom of the page, it says, ‘Read Only’ , Overwrite or Smart insert with line nos. I have full access to the repository.

    Pl help me…

Note: I was able to edit the same file from the VSTS Team explorer

Good to know that you are all set.

As for the second issue, I would recommend you to cross post to Teamprise forums.
