I have been programming in VB for many years and can’t believe I’m having so much trouble with JS. I made a simple app with a push-button and a text area. I want to push the button and have a Hello message appear in the text area.

Can you get me started. Every attempt to enter the code in the run script area of the bush-button results in nothing happening.
