ISSMemberHi
I’m building a new Eclipse IDE package.
Based off Eclipse 4.4.0 Standard, I add the following extra software:
From Certified Popular Software:
Rinzo XML Editor
Subclipse 1.8
From EPIC (custom source site http://e-p-i-c.sf.net/updates/testing)
EPIC 0.6.55On the Testing tab, I successfully complete the Verify step, but when running the ‘Build’ step I get the following error:
Overall result of build: Failed
Build results for [online-windows] on Windows: Failed

Any ideas would be appreciated.

sdc-supportMemberHello,
Many thanks for reporting this!
I’m notifying to the SDC team about this, in the meantime could you please send the Admin Console logs and the last server log?
The first ones are in [SDC Installation]/Admin Console/logs/, please zip them if you don’t mind 🙂The server log we need is server-details-0.log, you can find it on [SDC Installation]/Data Files/logs/
Please send this information to us so we continue helping you and thanks!
Cheers,
Gustavo – SDC Support.

ISSMemberThanks, logs sent…
sdc-supportMemberHi again Raimund,
According to the logs it looks like some of the required files are getting erased from the Admin Console. Do you have any Antivirus software running that could be causing this? If so, you could try turning it off and try to Verify and rebuild. Do you run into any issues when trying to commit and promote as well? Please tell us.
Cheers,
Gustavo – SDC Support.
ISSMemberHi
Just wanted to feed back here, I do have AV (Systems Centre Endpoint Protection), but have told it to ignore the SDC folder.
I pushed ahead and did a promote, and it built OK!
Thanks
Raimund
