Hi jaabo,

Yes the new Mobile Web Simulator is very different from the former Test Center. The Simulator does not include the springboard app panel that Test Center supported. What the Simulator provides is a much improved rendering, Cordova api emulation and use of the awesome Chrome developer tools for debugging your project.
