I do my development on Win XP box and deploy the code on to the Unix box running development WAS. The document says that MyEclipse does not support remote deployment and debugging. But already see some plans for supporting remote deploy and debug for JBoss by Dec or so. Is there any plan to support remote deploy and debug for WAS.

Debugging yes, and deployment I”m not sure yet what we have planned. Hang in there another couple of weeks and we’ll have it ready.

Deployment to remote mounts is part of 3.8.3, so you can mount the remote directory off your server locally and deploy to it; additionally remote debugging is not supported in 3.8.3 as well.
