PrabhmeetMemberHi,
I use a machine with windows 7 operating system and have installed My Eclipse Blue 9.0
I would like to get some software updates. To sink with the server, in the dialog box opened for Pulse I give the correct proxy setting for my network, But it is still unable to create a connection with the server for software updates. My proxy setings is correct and is running and there is no firewall issue. I contacted my local network team and they say since our proxy is working and can connect ot other websites and links on the internet, could be that it is an issue with My Eclipse Blue and the Pulse application through which it connects to its server. Can you please help me in this. I would like to download and install the plugins for SVN. These plugins were not available with version that I had installed. Thanks
support-pradeepMemberPrabhmeet,
1) Can you please clarify how did you install MyEclipse blue 9.0 ? Through Pulse or Offline installer.
2) Can you please clarify where are you trying to set proxy details ? In MyEclipse blue or Pulse.
3) In case you are adding SVN using pulse, you turn your [Caps Lock] on and open pulse. This would prompt you to enter proxy details, please follow the wizard. Look for pulse here – start > programs > pulse > pulse explorer.

— Sorry, I donot understand this statement. Can you please clarify what you are referring to here.
support-pradeepMemberPrabhmeet,
It is not clear what you mentioned in your 2nd response regarding “Pulse ( Eclipse-MY Eclipse Software Configuration-Sink with Server/Add Software – Manula Config”.
1. Can you please attach the screenshot of Help > MyEclipse configuration center > Software to help us investigate further ?
2. To add any plugins in MyEclipse, you can go to Help > MyEclipse configuration center > Software. In this tab you can browse for the plugin and install it in your MyEclipse.Let us know how it works for you.
