wchiMemberI have successfully set up the websphere 8 connector in the myEclipse blue 9.0. When I tried to start the websphere server in the eclipse, the following error occurred:
==================
ADMU0111E: Program exiting with error: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Ws60ProcessManagement (Not found in java.library.path)
==================I am able to start the websphere server 8 via the websphere administrative console without any errors. Please advise,
Thanks in advance.
support-swapnaModeratorwchi ,
Apologies for the delay.
Can you give us some more information to be able to replicate it at our end ?
1) Can you paste the Build Id from Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise/Blue Edition > Build ID ?
2) Did you install any fix packs to WAS or made any changes to the environment recently which might have caused this issue ?
3) Have you changed the library path or running under a different user id or admin level? Recheck the connector settings for WAS 8 on MyEclipse IDE for the same.
4) Can you share the contents of the WAS server log file ? Paste them here for me.
wchiMemberSwapna,
Please see the information below as you requested. Thanks for your response.1) MyEclipse blue Version: 9.0 Blue
Build id: 9.0-Blue-201103182) I just downloaded trial version of websphere v8 on Saturday (08/13/2011). No any fix packs have been installed.
3) I just followed the instruction from the following link to setup the websphere connector.
http://www.myeclipseide.com/documentation/quickstarts/blueedition/blue_connectors/#Requirements4) The server logs:

support-swapnaModeratorwchi ,
Sorry that you are seeing this issue with MyEclipse. I could not replicate the issue at my end on MyEclipse Blue 9.1.
1) I suggest you update to the latest 9.1 version and try. To update, go to Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > DashBoard > Updates Available. Check for MyEclipse Blue 9.1 and apply the changes. Restart the IDE when prompted to.
2) Attached are the screenshots for WAS 8 connector settings for your reference.
Let me know how it works for you.

wchiMemberI don’t see the screenshot attachment you mentioned in your respose . How do I find the attachment from this Forum site?
Thanks for your advise.
Can you email me.
wchiMemberI see the attached screen shots now. Thanks!
wchiMemberI have the same configuration setting as the screen shots; I also upgraded MyEclipse blue to 9.1. No luck, get the same error message.
[email protected]MemberHi wchi,
We’ve faced the same issue recently, and found out that we need to create a new WebSphere Profile by registering it as Window Service (manual start).
Without registering it as Window Service, MyEclipse prompting the same errors.
Could you please try and check it this is works for you?
[Try creating a new WebSphere 8 server profile]Hi Support team,
Could you please check and verify if this is a Bug in MyEclipse Blue 9.1? It seems that without registering the window service, it failed to start up the WebSphere 8 server.Thanks.
support-swapnaModeratorWe’ve been able to replicate the problem in some situations and are looking into it. As a workaround , you can set the service to manual.
wchi ,
Can you try to set the service to manual and check?
Let me know how it works for you.
wchiMemberSwapna,
My co-worker had the same error on the server start. We tried to set the manual
start, but didn’t help. Any other thoughts? Thanks a lot.
Wchi
support-tonyKeymasterWchi,
The only way we’ve managed to start WebSphere 8 successfully from MyEclipse Blue 9.0 or 9.1 is to ensure that the profile is set up as a Windows service and the service is set to Manual. So I don’t know how you got the error if your service was set to manual.
Can you check that the profile is set to run as a Windows service? I’m not sure of a direct way to check this but you can start WebSphere from the Windows Start menu (All Programs->IBM WebSphere->WebSphere Application Server V8.0->Profiles-><your profile>->Start the server). In the command window that pops up, you should see something like the following message: “Because server1 is registered as a Windows Service …”. You can stop the server after this, again using the Windows Start menu as above but selecting “Stop the server” on the last menu.
If the profile you want to start is registered as a Windows service, could you ensure that the service is set to Manual, as in the following screenshot (this is for Windows XP but it will be similar in other Windows systems).
Please let us know if you resolve this problem.
wchiMemberI really appreciate all your help. It is working fine now.
Thanks again,
wchi
support-tonyKeymasterwchi,
No problem. I’m glad it’s working for you now.
