I have just installed MyEclipse over my Eclipse 3.2 installation. Previous to the install, I could right click on a JSP page and choose Run As… and then there was an option to “Run on Server” that would publish the jsp to the server and load it in the browser window. After installing MyEclipse 5.0 GA the “Run on Server” option is no longer available, only the “Run…”. How can a get this functionality that worked in the base Eclipse 3.2 but does not work with MyEclipse 5.0?

That functioanlity you were using was from WTP, not MyEclipse. If you want to renable this, which may be confusing, you can navigate to Window > Preferences > General > Capabilities, go to Advanced, and reenable some of the WTP controls, although I wouldn’t suggest it.
