See attached MEB log.
Projects were originally built in RSA, ported to MEB 9, and now MEB 10.1.
Workspace set to NOT build automatically, validates projects,msgs right before exception say validating web project. WAS 8 Server.
Any suggestions as to a fix?mbreezy98,
Sorry that you are seeing this issue. I am afraid the attached document is not the actual log file for MEB.
Can you give us additional information to help us understand the issue better ?
1. Please copy paste the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details.
2. What version of WebSphere 8 do you have, exactly ? Is it the same version which works on MEB 9?
3. It is unclear what exactly is the issue you are seeing. Are you seeing issues when deploying the project to WAS or the concern is about the validation messages ? Please elaborate.
4. Can you please share the details about the structure of the project?
5. Clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log. Now try importing the project, enhance it to work with 10.1 if it prompts to, replicate the issue and copy paste the entire contents of the .log file here for us to investigate further.
6. If you are seeing issues during deployment to WAS 8, What deployment mode are you using for your application? Classic, Enhanced or In-workspace?
7. Can you please also copy paste the contents of the deployment.log for us to help investigate further?
