We try to upgrade MyEclipse Blue Edition to support JDK 7 (MyEclipse 10),
but have problems to activate without internet connection. licence errors. (our workstation don’t have internet connection).

MyEclipse will work without internet connection, but the activation needs an internet connection.
Alternatively you can send out an email to [email protected] asking about activation code for off-Internet computer. Please include your subscription id and code in the email. Once you get the activation code, select ‘I already have an activation code’ option on the wizard and proceed.
I would recommend you to go through this document – http://www.myeclipseide.com/documentation/ProductActivationSteps.pdf – This document lists alternate way to activate in case your system does not have internet access.
