the js code in php files between tags is not recognised (colour coded). the icon looks like the default PDT editor icon, not the codemix icon. what can I do?

Which version of Eclipse are you working with? Is the PHP extension installed? Please go to Help > CodeMix Extensions and check if the extension is installed.
