We created the app with a background in apple and there is no white line on the iphone. When we run the app for android or tablet we get a white line. Please see the sample pictures.

I have a feeling it’s just a test centre problem. Try on a real device.

It does not work on tablet, iPhone, or android

Trust me, I have white lines all over mine in the test centre but not on my Android tablet. I really don’t think it’s an issue.

Look at the sample picture, while it may not seem to be much of an issue, it becomes one when you have a client calling and complaining because it is an inconvenience for them.

Is that possibly the border on the panels? Try changing the border colors to see if that’s it and the white line changes to green or ??? That’s what it looks like to me.

You have had clients complaining? Have you actually tested your app on a real Android device and if so are the white lines still visible?

I see this in Test Center, but not on real hardware.

I havent had anyone complaining because my apps are well designed and extensively tested before anyone but me uses them.

Hi Veilex,

I’ve already opened a bug for this issue. Unfortunately we are on the eve of a major update and 100 percent of our time is allocated until next Tues. I will follow up with you as soon as I get more information.

Hi Veilex,

We have an improvement implemented and available the next release. It is not 100 percent elimination due to some internal scaling issues in the rendering engine. But it should be better.
