I would like to transition to a page after I check some conditions, so I’m using the “Run JavaScript” option rather than the Go To Screen option. However, when I do this the export process doesn’t know to export my second page, so my call to phoneui.gotoPage(…) fails. How can I tell MobiOne to export my other page? Right now I can only make it work by adding some bogus buttons on the page that have to Go To Screen option set to the target page, but obviously that’s not a real solution.

Coming soon will be a clean way to identify all the design files that comprise a project. Until then the short term approach is to use the approach you are using now. Maybe instead of a button linked to your page maybe try a Link widget with no text and width set to 0 or 1 pixel and placed below a widget such as a navbar or image or something else where it can’t be accidentally clicked.
