I am attempting to update my Coemix license. The system checks for my recently renewed license and is not finding it. It also doe npt provide any way to enter the license key (I went to the site asnd had the license sent to my email address).

Your system is clearly broken. Please fix it.

Sorry that you are seeing issues with license.

Are you working with Eclipse 2020-09 and higher? If yes, then please apply the patch as suggested in this FAQ to fix the license dialog issue :

Once the patch is applied, you can enter your key based license and activate. Please see ‘Activating a commercial license’ section for detailed steps : https://www.genuitec.com/docs/setup/licensing-codemix/

If you are still seeing issues, then please share the screenshot of the license activation failure along with .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log (rename the extension to .txt and attach it here), Eclipse version details for further investigation.
