Yesterday I got my IPA files sent to my cellphone as usual but now I have sent 3 of them and I havent got any, theres no error message in mobione
this is the last I sent.

I waited for 30 minutes for the file but no file comes.

Maybe you didn’t received the notification because you did not specified an address or it is in spam folder or it was temporary problem on google side. Could you recheck build wizard Notification page for your email and try build once more.

Hello, now i have problems again, cant receive build and theres no error logs.
Build is completed with no problems, but no link comes to my cellphone/e-mail.

The App Center email notification system appears to be working properly. Please check your spam folder and ensure email notifications are not being trapped by it.
