I am trying to re-deploy my application EAR in my server tab in the MyEclipse Blue IDE by right clicking on the EAR and choosing Redeploy/Reload application. I get the message “Cannot create in-workspace admin object”. I get the same message when trying to Remove the deployment as well. Can someone tell me how I can resolve this?

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Can you please answer some more questions for us to investigate further ?
1. Please share the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details. Also share the Websphere server version details along with the deployment mode you have configured in the Websphere Server connector.
2. Is it a remote deployment? Can you please make sure the ”Stand-alone Thin Clients and Resource Adapters”, are installed while installing the Websphere as it is an optional component and not installed by default.
3. Switch to a new workspace, create a sample EAR project and replicate the issue. Please attach the deployment.log as well as the .log which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log.
