The appcache implementation is platform specific and typically not accessible to us, at least not programmatically other than the html5 appcache api. Can you share what you are looking for specifically?

In the simulator you can view the appcache contents from the chrome devtools inspector as follows. On a device you would need to use platform specific debug tools (e.g., ios remote safari debugger or android debug tools) See attachment inspector-appcache.png
