    Is the Build Android Application website currently out of service? I cannot access the Build Andoid Application as it is grayed out on the Design Center.

    Have you set the Target Design? This is the combo widget on the MobiOne toolbar. Whatever value you set as the Target Design is the target for all toolbar and menubar actions. See attachment target-design.jpg
