RTTMemberHi,
Sorry to have to report a bug, but it has been very annoying. Here’s how to reproduce the bug.1. add a rounded panel object
2. add into that panel a sufficient number of text objects (read only text) so that scrolling is needed to view all those objects.
3. set the scrolling content height to be equal to or greater than what the text objects require to fit inside that panel.
4. make note of the value that you set the content height to.
5. save the project and exit from the design center.
6. re-start the design center and check the value of the scrolling content height.
You will find that the height you previously set is now 2 pixels less. This thieving of 2 pixels will occur over and over again, but not necessarily every time you start the design center. (based on my observations)
This affects every single rounded panel in my project, and it is always 2 pixels that are removed from the scrolling content height. (when pixels are removed)The Pixel Thief operates whether or not vertical scrollbars are enabled.
Please note that auto vertical resizing is turned off for the panel, and also turned off for each of the text elements contained in the panel. When I originally encountered this problem I thought it was because of the 1 pixel border on the panel, so I repositioned the text elements to start at x=1 and end 1 pixel less than the viewable panel area, but this had no effect. The pixel thief continued to pilfer.
You may not need anything placed in the panel to replicate the problem, but it is how I discovered the issue.
I have tried to setup the panel/text elements so that this problem disappears without success. Am I missing something? Please apprehend the Pixel Thief!
Thanks
support-octavioMemberHi,
Thanks for reporting this issue with us. Unfortunatelly I have not been able to replicate it. Could you please send us a example design file where we can observe this odd behavior? send it via support at genuitec dot com use title: mobione data from RTT
