Hello,
I have my app, The Usual Suspects ID Cards out for market. One is for phones one is for the Tablet. This is an educational app designed to teach about Bullying and the other behaviors that are incorrectly daubed bullying. It is mostly slides consisting of Pictures. It takes a few seconds to ten or fifteen seconds to change slides. What do you suggest? Could it be the fade transition? The pictures for each slide is 1 mb to 1.3 mb. Is this too big? There are 28 slides.

Could be either, or both.
Do you see the issue on your personal device(s)? If so, then I would suggest testing each scenario individually on your device to see which is the culprit. First remove the fade and test. If that doesn’t speed it up then compress the images and test again (with and without the fade).
Hope this helps troubleshoot the issue.
