After that the mail sended to the concers email ids it contain the ios ipa file. When try to install that ipa file it show could not download i search apple forums they gave some suugestion i followed but still same. In some forum they mention if use third party software may be the problem occur so they suggest to contact the software providers. What can i do to solve this.
Thank you.

Does the app try to install but never complete or do you encounter a different problem? Can you describe in more detail?
Assuming the app stalls during installation and fails to complete, this would indicate the provision profile used does not include the device id of the device you are installing the app on. If you are encountering an different problem please see this link for additional information that will be helpful: http://www.genuitec.com/support-genuitec/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2262
aravinthMemberThanks for your quick reply,,
The application is try to install but never complete.(it shows unable to download at this time).
support-michaelKeymasterI’m not able to assist you without more info. Remember I can’t see your device, your screen, nothing…?
See this link and provide the basic info we need to be helpful: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=2262
I need the general stuff to help me even get started: device, os info, build id, screenshots of problem state(s), … <anything to help me grok your situation>In addition to providing the info above try this quick test case:
1) Create a new design, don’t add any controls to it
2) Build an ios app using the same pk/cert/profiles and send an email notification to your device
3) Attempt to install this new app on your ios device
– does it succeed or fail? If it fails provide a screenshot of the failure state.
Paul_paulParticipantCheck to make sure you have entered the correct UDID of the ipad into ‘devices’ then make sure the ad hoc profile for that app contains that device or it will not install.
aravinthMemberThe UDID is correct because able to install another apps.
aravinthMemberI created a sample screen shots without any events and try to send email to the device after that open that mail and try to install the device shows like the below error(one more thing i forgot i am using your trail version).
Ipad version 7.1.2
Paul_paulParticipantApart from building the app with an app store profile or not including that device in the ad hoc provisioning profile, I can’t think of another reason why it would not install, maybe support will figure it out for you. BTW it’s a trial version and that wouldn’t make any difference I don’t think.
aravinthMemberThanks for your reply,
my device is present in ad hoc provisioning profile. And one more thing another person doing the same thing like me his app is working perfectly.
One more question now the current cordova version is 3.5 it is going to update cordova 3.5 or stay 2.9 itself.
Paul_paulParticipantNo idea you’ll have to wait till Monday for support to sort it out.
support-michaelKeymasterThanks for that screenshot and the additional info. The trial version has the same build capabilities as a production version.
To be clear, you have created 2 different apps (your original app and a test app that I requested you try) and both fail to download to your ipad. Is this correct?
Are you downloading the app from a wifi or cell connection?
Do you happen to have a build id for the most recent app build. We can use this to dig in a little deeper.
